It is distracting and not usable, as a result. I can hear it from across the room. So I contacted seller requesting authorization for a refund. Seller replied that my request was under review. However, it has been three weeks and I have not hard back from the seller.I am not sure if the device actually works, since it is so loud I wasn't able to use it. I am unsatisfied with the purchase and with the lack of efficient/attentive customer service. |
